Very very poor service. David claims this company is bigger than what I believe it is, but who ever you talk to, in what ever department its always David.

He says products are in stock and says he will ship the next day. Once he charges your credit card its all down hill from there. He sends you a tracking number right away that is not activated or real and you cant track because he never shipped but says he did. I had to fight tooth and nail calling and emailing over 50 times to get an item shipped.

that was in stock so he says. He does not ship as promised and avoids any calls or emails unless its for a sale.

I kept copies of all e-mails sent all phone call messages left for them were recorded with dates, times etc. I did finally get my item but not without a lot of aggravation.

Sent Backup Camera with no Adapter/Harness to connect to Pre-Wired

They sent a backup camera that didn't connect to the pre-wired cables of the Truck. They don't answer their phones or call back. Last time i tried to call them their phone was disconnected. This company is a scam. I fought the charges with my Credit Card company and then Jemko account mgr called me offered some choices:

I am quite sorry to hear that; please be advised you received exactly what you ordered, the system described contains the oe camera with drill bit, all cables, and the factory 16pin harness that plugs into the back of the touch screen.

If you choose to install your system a different way based on your vehicles prewiring set up then you simply need to exchange for a different component, however you did receive exactly what you ordered/

At this point in time you are in default and have not followed proper RMA regulations yet proceeded with a chargeback.

We will absolutely not send you a new system while you have your system and your money, that is not common practice by any means.

There are a number of ways to go about this and I hope we can take the most mutually beneficial route:

1.) We are allowed to charge you and will send an advanced exchange system with a prepaid return label for the current.

2.) You can return the current system, we bill you and send the new system

3.) You can return it and we close your account; you will be charged shipping and restocking

4.) You can retain your system and we will go through the chargeback dispute proceedings.

Please advise how I can assist with this matter and I will do so immediately.

You will be receiving the exact factory toyota camera for the tailgate handle that contains the factory (pre-wired) configuration connected, that allows you to make the connection at the tailgate.

I am assuming you still want to integrate into the touch screen therefore it will also come with the correct pre-wired 16pin harness.

Essentially you will be doing a full package exchange. Please advise that this is what you want and I will proceed.

Once I let them charge my credit card again in order for them to send me a new system with the correct hardware I never heard from them again. The credit card company sided their way and I ended up cancelling my card with them too.

Dave is a lair and a thief. I returned the product and he has not refunded me the money.

I had to take him to small claims court.

YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS THIEF. HE NOW HAS A JUDGEMENT AGAINST HIM IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

i can atleast use this file a claim with my credit card company.

They need this document. Any help would be highly appreciated

No back up camera and no refund

I purchased a back up camera for my new Sahara from David Jemko, owner of Jemko systems (his cell # is 310.849.2997). While waiting for the back up camera the jeep was hit by a tractor trailer truck and totaled.

I called David to return the item and get a refund. After about 6 months he finally agreed to take the product back and refund me the $437.41. The box was never opened. I brought it to his PO Box office on Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills.

That was in October 2013. It is now May 2014 and I have not gotten the refund although I have emails stating it is in the mail and has been mailed. David Jemko sadly is a liar and a thief.

I have now filed a criminal police report with the Beverly Hills Police Department. I believe he is a scam artists and makes his living by extorting money from innocent people such as myself.

The tale of the non-occuring refund

In the Fall of 2013 I had a professional installer in the Rochester N.Y. area put a backup camera unit in my new Q5 Audi. What should have been a couple of hours of installation took all afternoon plus a morning the following week. The first problem was the camera unit. It came in the sealed box however it was a camera for a BMW. Luckily the installer had a comparable unit in stock. The next problem came with the instructions for the unit whereupon my installer tried to get in contact with Jemko. The support line is overworked and flooded with calls so you can't get through. He was on hold for 25 minutes. That is just not acceptable.

I sat from 1PM until 7PM and the monitor camera issue still was not resolved. The next week and another 45 minutes and the unit worked.

I called Jemko and eventually got a phone call through and explained the foul up with the camera. I was told that I would be given a refund. This was late October. This past December I was told I would receive a refund of $97.99 which still has not materialized. Countless emails and unanswered phone have transpired. The few answers you get are designed to string you along. The latest Jemko response has been that "Your account has been transferred to department X for review".

Bottom line the product works but the companies business ethics are pitiful. If you can go elsewhere please do! Caveat emptor.

Camera never shipped

Similar to others on this site, I placed an order for a backup camera in Dec-2013. The wiring harness arrived on time, but no camera.

Nobody ever answers the phone, online chat is useless. They've told me several times that they would ship the camera out of the warehouse the next day, but it never arrives. I even got an email from David Bogner explaining that it was backordered and would ship Feb 13, 2014. Still no camera in late April and no replies to any emails for at least 2 months.

Awful. Also, I paid with paypal and now we're past the 45-day window and I can't file for dispute resolution.

I had to return cant get resonse or refund

I had ordered a system for a cadillac in FL but the system malfunctioned and they sent me a new one but by the time I received it I was getting ready to leave the car and head North and wouldn't have a chance to make sure it worked (warranty period). So I returned it and they said they would reimburse my card.

This was April 2013. It is now 2-25-14 and I have continued to try to get them to follow through but the only way to get a response is online chat and they tell you all the right things but never do it and there is no way to get ahold of there accounting. Very poor business service. there is $300.00 down the drain.

My only option is to try to let others know not to buy from this company. The worst of the worst as they are trying to bleed as many people as they can until sales dry up completely which I hope is sooner than later for everyones sake and pocket book. I thought it was just me until I just read this.

I have never done a review on a company before and have never been treated like this. Ho;efully this helps someone make a good decission and save themselves.

No Reply, no refund, no package

I should have read this before I buy product from jemko. My item was back ordered for long time and now I can get hold of any one including manager or accounting.

They said they will refund my money after paypal fee reversal which is only 24 hours. I don't get that why do they need to reverse fee if they got my money. I am still waiting for refund. I will keep trying until I get my money back!!!

I have been online almost daily and contacting them regularly. I will keep trying until I get my money.

I have the same issue. Back order for 60+ days due to non-manufacture of product then Pay-pal wouldn't dispute charge.

Never received product or refund from Jemkosystems.com

Phone doesn't ring any longer, it says out of service.

Refund keeps falling on deaf ears

I have been dealing with jemko since the spring of 2013. I ordered a camera and interface for my 2012 Honda civic.

I was assured that this item would work prior to purchasing it. I received the item and had a professional installer try to install it, but it would not work. Jemko was contacted and they would send me a replacement mirror for free and refund me 200 plus dollars for my troubles once I returned the interface. It cost me 70.00 for the attempted install, another 20.00 plus dollars to return the interface as It was received by jemko in sept 2013.

I have been dealing with the manager David without any luck, our last correspondence was first part of jan 2014, I didn't know you had not received you refund; numerous phone calls and emails had been sent previously. I was also promised a working interface once they got them working, still nothing and it is now February 2014. I have sent messages to jemko customer service, placed negative reviews on their website and still no refund.

How hard is it to produce a cheque and drop it in the mail. The you Jeff gray

Never received item that I ordered.

2 weeks after placing an order I never received an email saying it had shipped. After contacting the company I was told it had just shipped and will arrive within a few days.

After that date passed I contacted the company again. I was then told the item had been back ordered and just shipped the previous day and I should see it in a couple days. After that date passed I contacted the company and was told the item had been on a double back order and was shipping in 2 days. About 6 days later an item was delivered, but it wasn't what I had ordered.

They thought it was okay to deliver a similar item. I contacted them and said I wanted exactly what I ordered. They said they would email me a return label and ship out the correct item. I never received the return label and they never shipped out the correct item.

I had payed for this item through PayPal. Pay Pal reviewed the issues I had with this company and pulled the money from their account and credited it back to my credit card. Before they would do this though I had to pay to return the wrong item they had sent and the company never refunded the money I was out for shipping. This company never made an effort to communicate with me their customer.

It was only after contact that I initiated was I able to get information on my order and most of that information was lies. I will never do business with this company again and from reading another review I see others have had similar problems with this company.

Order never received

I order a back up system (monitor and camera) on the 1st December of 2013, I never received an email with the tracking number. I send many email to the company, no reply!

I've tried to use the online chat, its a joke, nothing from the other side.

I did the payment thought paypal.

Unfortunately I passed the limit of 45 days and I can't refund from paypal.

I don't know what to do anymore.

On top of all this the company doesn't sell the goods I order anymore.

A warning, before you place an order to any company online prior check for negative comments. I learned the hard way!

As he said the package went to a wrong country.

The strange is that I never received an email with the tracking number. :?

Hopefully I'll receive my order in some point, I'll keep you post it.

Jemko Systems Does not Honor warranties or treat women right

I purchased a back up camera system with two cameras and a 9” inch quad monitor from Jemko on September 29 2012; it took about three months to deliver after several calls. In every call all they gave were excuses about their performance and blamed each other department about the mishap every single time they offer second next day delivery and a discount that never materialized and said they would communicate the problem to the highest authority . Finally package came monitor starter acting up and finally did not worked we contacted Jemko and they gave us a RMA warranty claim 9147. Monitor was shipped to their facilities for testing after a few calls they found out it was defective so they promise a new one so I though they are slow but it is accompany that stands behind their product. But that is where their good will ended. About 15 calls and several communications on line they still have not send a replacement and it has been since May, June, July, August, September, October and now November. In every call and it is funny they give the same answer as when I purchased item and did not received. (It would be shipped next week it was another department fault we will communicate highest authority) they have gone as far as giving me a second day tracking number to buy more time and never shipped the item obviously they do not want to make good on the warranty and send a replacement. If monitor was not in stock and had to be deliver from China it should have arrived long time ago. I have dealt with internet companies before but not one like Jemko always given excuses and lies ( maybe because I am a woman?)

(they send electronic information to USPS but never the package)

Screen shots from their chat on line. Always the same (they must be trained to do this)

I can assure you that management and I will be taking care of this.

Yes absolutely I can assure that we will be shipping out your replacement next week.

I will personally take care of this since I cannot imagine having to wait since May for a replacement there must be internal miscommunication.

Next week and it would go through quality testing to ensure that there will be no issues.

Once again I am very sorry for the inconvenience it is certainly not understandable.

By the way how come they do not answer my phone anymore? Is it blocked because they do not want to send a replacement even when it has a warranty?

Jemko does not treat women right or its customers and does not like to honor warranties.

I had the same problems, ordered back up camera took over a month to get after I had to turn them in to BBB. It was faulty took another month to get replacement.

Promised courtesy refund and it never came. Reopened BBB complaint and added new complaint with CA Atty General's office online.

Now Jemko threatening to take me to court because they didn't send courtesy refund. I have all of my emails too.

Very bad customer service

I have cancelled the order and requested refund.

There is more than a moth and they playing the games not to refund me back. CS is useless, only chat works and the person promises things to be done and nothing happens.There is no way to get real person on the phone as they disconnect you after few minutes.I have contacted accounting and the accounting manager Andrea said and everything is OK, but money still is not on my CC

I have tried to send more emails, but of course no one ansers

They lie and cheat, CS is the worst I have experienced.

This Jemko Systems Customer Support. Customer placed Order Oct.

15th, cancelled his Order on Oct. 31st. He was continuously helped daily with customer support therefore we truly do not know what complaint he can have with our customer service.

He has been refunded to this day and proof has been issued of the funds reverted back to his CC. Customer has not checked with his bank or CC company yet.

Jemko Systems - Unreliable

We ordered a wireless backup camera kit and it took 6 weeks to get. When trying to follow up on purchase it was difficult to get anybody on the phone or by email.

Finnaly got someone that promised us a $25.00 credit for the delay. When we got the unit (no credit received btw), it was defective out of the box. Lines all over the screen. Numerous attempts were made to get technical support to no avail.

Finally decided to dispute with credit card co. Their reply was that we never contacted them.

What a joke! Do business with them at your own risk...You were warned!

First of thank you for having been a Jemko Systems Customer. I am a Jemko Customer Support representative and we sincerely strive to assist our customers as best as possible.

I have done a bit of background research in order to identify your account and would like to make a few comments/suggestions/and remedies. The system you received was advised to be on backorder at the time of purchase which is why you were issued a credit for the inconvenience. The system was/is not defective and we actually have 2 videos to show that because your installer was in direct communication with our technical support. As a matter of fact the last email sent was from our technical support rep.

and your installer never followed up. The system you received is one of the most advanced on the market and several thousand units have been successfully installed over years for optimal satisfaction. IF your system was truly defective than your 1 year warranty would have taken care of your replacement without a question. However your installer never followed up; you never requested a replacement; and you never requested an RMA for a refund.

You simply disputed a charge 6 months after purchase and your credit card company sided with us based on numerous evidence backing to supplement our position. I sincerely apologies if this matter has not been handled to your satisfaction and we are still happy to honor your warranty and make things right.

Pos jemko

Ordered the back up camera for my 2012 jeep and had paid performance audio in junction city Kansas installed it and the owner him self looked at it spent a hour on the phone with tech support and still didn't work ordered it april 26 2013 and got it may 30 2013 had the problems for ever and it now August and have a couple dozen phone calls to them to get it fixed and still don't have a working camera just *** in my jeep the guy on the phone from jemko said the problem was with who put it in that's crazy since they have world sound trophies and great feed back

I have since been in contact with Jemko Systems. They are working with me to remedy the problems.

Apparently the post office lost the packages that the company sent to me.

Certainty not Jemko's fault. We're persevering.

I sent for a wireless car backup camera kit from this Jemko Systems (order # 100,000,248). After waiting 3 weeks I finally receive the package.

The camera system wouldn’t work after install. Well I quickly discovered how difficult it is to reach anyone to help me with my situation. Finally got a tech and it was determined to be faulty transmitters and was told the replacement parts would be sent out immediately via priority mail. That was about three weeks ago.

I have not been able to reach anyone including sales to inquire about the delay. No one answers and messages are not returned.

I’ve had it and since ordered from another company that tested the product and sent it out the same day.
