If they do not like the look of you (read black, too off-white or not rich enough) they just refuse you entry to the store. It is their right to do so, it just seems rather evil for such a pretty little store. Boo to you, Jeffrey's Toys! Btw for some reason I'm not allowed to use an apostrophe in the business I am reporting although that's the way the business has it (the right way). Maybe fix this because LOTS of businesses have names with special characters in them...

User's recommendation: Don't spend money here unless you like making a local racist business flourish.
