We ordered 12, $12 mystery treats for my daughter she loves Jeffrey Star cosmetics and I wanted to get her a variety of product for her new bathroom after she is married. I opened the box to put it into gift bags for her today.
8 I repeat 8 mascaras and 2 bloodlust one broken and 2 blood money 1 broke ! I am so very disappointed. She is getting married and I was hoping she could use your makeup on her special day. Please make this right.
I have seen on the utube channels people that have gotten duplicates I get that but we spent $153 on 8 mascaras really! You can do better than this. I am so disappointed if this isnt made right. I will never and I mean never order from here again.
I have to work everyday. Just like the others who have experienced this. This is not right. We believe in you!
We are supporting you Jeffrey why would you treat your consumers this way? Why would you do that. I know there are people that have said terrible things about you. I never believed any of this.
I thought and will continue to think you are who you show people you are. This was Shady I do not believe this is how you want to treat your consumers! So if it is not you doing this your warehouse is and that is also not right! Please fix this!

First off JS and his products=amazing!
However cx support absolutely sucks! I reached out as soon as I received my product.
One of my purchases was a mirror that had a crack, no big deal. Sent a picture with my order # and details asking to please replace. I was just super excited. Agent hits back with we need a photo of the product and the shipping label.
Ok resent with picture and another of the shipping label (&highlighted said product on label so theres no confusion). Done. Nope! So this needs to be in the same photo, not cropped.
I go ahead and collage the two into one photo since they need to send it as one to their product specialist team. Ok. They tell me it cant be an edited photo. Wtf.
Shipping label is now in the trash. Finally they agree to let me send a picture of a piece of mail with damaged product to show my shipping address. Send that inadvertently 3x. They offer refund or exchange.
At this point Im pissed off and now I just want to be refunded because *** Alex the agent for being a pain in the *** He refunds $5 on a $15 product citing its due to me sending pictures separately. I respond with the same picture again showing my mail with the broken product like how? Its one photo! Yes I saw that which is why I offered refund or replacement ;) Ok well your math isnt mathing since I clearly paid $15 which shows on the refund email with the picture of the product in which I sent at this point 8x now!!!
Overall just rude as *** Not happy with the customer service and arrogance and definitely not what I expected from JSs team!
Like I have no problem paying for what I did- love your stuff but not paying for stuff I open that comes broken- even if it did happen in the mail. But your agent is horrendous and needs to be *** slapped for being a complete *** And unfortunately theres no other way to reach out for support except by email messages

I never received a confirmation on my order I placed a few days ago theyre telling me my email doesnt exist? Its impossible I get emails from you all the time and I placed orders in the past.
Im going to be pissed here because I need to check on this order. Its a Christmas gift for my daughter. I emailed you Ive left your voice messages. Ive left several things and I heard nothing now may be $100 its not an a lot to you but it is to me and I need to know what happened to this order with a confirmation number and why my email all of a sudden doesnt work 630-715-**** whats going to make me even matter that if this order wasnt place for some crazy reason Because he said it was but I cant find it Im gonna be out this money I dont think so.
I will contact Better Business Bureau and I will dispute the charge so you better find my order 630-715-**** please because I will not get the sale again because itll probably be over with the sale plus the free shipping .
