Run, or prepare to sue. Tenants have no rights.

Disabled tenants have fewer rights. Building I is segregrated and assigned to tenants who are mentally ill, have criminal histories, or elderly.

They deny it, but it's abundantly clear and they cannot legally defend it. They're corrupt.

Horrific property, noisy, filthy common areas, noise, a lot of overnight 'guests' in the breezeways. Nobody, not the management, not the owners, gives a rat's *** about aesthetics beyond the office and surrounding grassy area. Run, find somewhere safe, sanitary and quiet.

User's recommendation: Run from it like the plague!
