Bad Experience, Distrust and Cheated the Customer

Recently I have bought CRV EX-L with Navi 2017 model in JEFF Wyler Honda Florence, KY. They have installed All Season PRO package and Moonroof Visor in that vehicle.

I asked them to remove because I don't want that. They said that its difficult to remove, so that we would give as a free of cost(like offer). So I believed his word and agreed to purchase the vehicle and I have signed all the paper work and got the car. After a month, I simply reviewed the Buyer Vehicle receipt.

I saw that All Season PRO package and Moonroof Visor amount was included in the receipt. I was really shocked. They said that it was a free of cost, then how did they included in the receipt. So immediately I went to dealer and asked about this confusion.

They are not even considering this as a matter and they said you should see the buyer guide when you signed like that. How can they able to say like this to customer. I believed them , but they have cheated. Its fully their mistake.

Its really disappointed the customer. Dealer should not leave the word for customer sake, If they do, they should protect the word.

Otherwise how the customer will trust them in future. Really its shame on them.

Why on earth did you sign the contracts without even checking the numbers on them. What an expensive less to read before you sign!

It's sad that a brand of car has to be sold by a cappy dealership. Yes it has become routine ,that ever 6 weeks to have a van towed to said "dealership ".

This makes it 4th or 5th time, it's became comical for me to even remember the actual number of trips. Either way instead of dealing with the lower tier of management I feel that the GM should be dealing with me. This just show that they don't care about it. The last visit was the best I was told that the head mechanic said he would personally handle it.

I would assume that if a part is not working right you would replace the whole thing and start over with a new part. I'm done being quiet about this issue the way that I was treated in the start of this whole thing sucks that's why I will be copying this to Honda of USA and to Jeff Wyler to show that your employees need to be retrained on how they deal with customers because now after the 4th or 5th time I dealt with this company I am done with it I will not be buying any other vehicles from this dealership. Yes this is one family that will boycott your company, but I will share this with everyone I know. Its sucks that a service manager named Tony Gregory told me last time this happened if i ever needed anything to call him , i called him twice my wife called him, no return phone call.

Then she goes in to pick up our van waited for some help 5 guys just stare at her. Then finally a woman comes and ask her if she needed any help which my wife replied yes I'm here to pick up my van Todd said it was ready, they replied todd not here. So she asked to speak to Tony Gregory, so the person goes in was talking to Tony to him and his office has windows for sale Tony never comes out I guess he calls Todd on the phone and then Todd shows up why would Tony hide from my wife was he scared that she might yell at him or ask him why there's a problem with the van you said last time that it's fixed and he's certain it's fixed because it personally look at it.

So my wife simply as we've called you numerous times and we are wondering why we didn't hear anything back from you do you looked at her with a blank stare and said Todd said it was handled so I didn't think I should leave it to call you back but you wouldn't want your manager to call a customer back that has had the vehicle in there for the same issue 4 times would not be the smart thing to do for company I just don't understand how this company operates the way it does. Jeff Wyler Honda of florence ky is the has the worst service department and if you write a bad reveiw they will block you
