Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain... sneaky SOB's!

These people don\'t care. I\'ve tried social media as suggested, calls, etc.

Even Honda themselves know of the way I was treated and lied to.

A very costly lesson learned the hard way. I will never, ever give another dime to this dealership.

Oh, where to begin? In late fall of 2011 I rec'd a advertisement in the mail to refi or trade in my 2008 Honda. Curious, I went to the dealership and dealt with J Wilson. Over the span of two days, he basically told us (myself and fiancee) how the current Honda we were in wasn't "worth anything," and "they had a great lease sale going on," etc. Near the end of the second day (after I spent most of it in the oncologist office,) we had finally had enough and asked for the keys back to our car. He refused.

I was mentally drained. I just wanted to go home. He comes back out and says "we'll make the first payment for you, the car is great (2012 Honda) and what you pay in an increased payment will even out with what you save in gas." Wrong, wrong, wrong. The rest of the afternoon was a blur, constant waiting, etc. Less than a week later we get a notice from Honda telling us that we had to raise our insurance coverages. There goes the insurance up $80 a month. So, I try to email J Wilson .. no response. I was hoping we could come to an understanding as to perhaps converting the lease to a loan, etc. (Honda told me I had to go to the dealer.)

Fast forward to this past week. I deal with the 2nd in charge, a fellow under the GM. He tells me "come on in, we'll see what we can get done." Mind you I told these people I was drowning because of the increased insurance and car payment and was facing having to return to the car. He then tells me I have to have..wait for it.. $2,000 to do anything. How the *** am I going to come across $2,000 if I am having trouble already? He then asks, "did you shop around for insurance?" Well no, I didn't think of that! (Of course I did.) He then tells me to call Honda and see what they can do for me 'on their end.'

What does Honda say, you ask? Well after they got done snickering they say, "we have no idea what he is talking about we can't do anything to help you, it's all on them."

Wonderful.

So stay away from this place. They are crooks. Did I mention I have to have new rugs put in the car because it keeps coming up? Or had to have the seals in the windows fixed already?

Crooks. Every last one of 'em.
