Horrible customer service
- We drove 3 hrs to buy a vehicle, negotiating a trade by text.
- They offered 75% of fair KBB value, about $8k short.
- The second salesman was rude.
We drove 3 hrs to purchase a new vehicle and negotiated a trade amount via text with a salesman/sales manager. When we got there they offered us 75% of "fair" KBB value which was $8000 less than the amount agreed upon when texting.
A second salesman, Goodnes, then pretty much made fun of our vehicle and said no one would buy it at that trade-in price. He was arrogant and rude. It's a 2018 Ford Expedition Platinum 4WD in great condition other than a small scratched area on the lift gate and higher than average miles.
They are selling for almost double the offer he made us. We wasted an entire day just to deal with the most unprofessional car dealership I've ever been in.
User's recommendation: Stay away from this dealership!
Purchased a car
- Excellent service from Kevin Kennedy who put me in a car that fit my budget.
- He explained the purchase process and made me a lifelong customer.
Excellent service. Had the pleasure of working with Kevin Kennedy.
Very courteous and helpful. Put me in the best car based on my budget. Explain the purchase process in great details.
Has made me a lifelong customer. Thank you, Kevin, for your attention to detail, hospitality, and assisting me in finding a car that is just right for me.
Failure to exceed customer expectations.
- Purchased car last night; 24 hours later returned for low tire pressure and service damaged vehicle; Nick and dealership neglect; won't buy again.
Purchased car last evening and within 24 hours brought back to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield for low tire pressure where the service department proceeded to cause major damage to the vehicle. The dealership, and specifically it’s manager Nick, has failed to exceed consumer expectations.
See attached for photo evidence of severe neglect and extreme carelessness by Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield.
If I could provide less than a one star rating, I would certainly do so. I will never purchase another vehicle from the Jeff Wyler automotive group and will highly recommend nobody else do so either.

Mike is a bad Manager!!!!!!!!!
- Antonio was nice and understood my upset.
- Mike tried to charge above the printed price and gave low trade-in value; he was rude.
Arrived this morning in a bad mood because I had just had two bad experiences with other dealerships. Antonio ,the salesman, was nice and understood why I was so upset (Kings Honda tried to tell me that I had a bad engine and made my exhaust smoke - Wyler said there was nothing wrong with engine!) but when manager Mike got involved it turned bad.
First of all he tried to charge me more for a new car than the price on the print out I had, he did not give me standard trade-in value for my 2013 Kia Soul (did not factor in moonroof) he got snarky when I called him on his *** sarcastically he said "well, I'm having a good day", in essence, making fun of me because I was not!! He did not commiserate with me at all!! Then he got mad at me when I said I don't give a *** how you feel! I just wanted a price for trade-in and a price for a new car.
He got up and said I don't have to sell you a car!!
Bad people person!!!! And tried to rip me off with price!!

Worst experience ever looking at cars
- Salesperson Marq (with a q) was hostile and not customer friendly, and we wanted price comparisons and a brief visit, not a long pitch and test drive.
Mr. Wyler, I still sit in shock at how we were just talked to by your salesman Marq with a q.
It was hostile from the beginning arrogant and not customer friendly. We were shopping and did not have time for an hour of our lives to be used with a sales pitch and test driving to find our best fit. We wanted the price to compare to others to find what was right for us. I can tell you myself not anyone I ever come in contact that here's this story will ever go to your dealership.
It is a shame that you have that big of a **** working for you. He might want to take a class 101 customer service. He told us he didn't have time to waste his time is more important, are you kidding me the only reason he has a job is because of hard working people like myself.
In 42 years I have never been treated worse as a customer and your name will always be that reason. That is the employee you hired.

If you want to bawl about your feelings, go to a support group or a psychiatrist. If you want to buy a car, go to a dealer. You admitted you walked in angry so nothing anybody does short of genuflecting and veneration is going to soothe your frayed nerves, and you probably won't get a lot of that from a group of men.
*** You must work there!
