  • - Ad promises $97 down and that your job is your credit with $400+/week approval, but a $1,000/week earner was denied, described as bait-and-switch.

Well go on Facebook and look man and then message them and tell them to talk to finance because you work for doordash and they will have finance call u and they will tell u u need a go signer for income if u work for door dash. Do it

I got yet another message from them stating that they do not accept doordash but they do accept self-employment what's the difference who I work for everybody works for somebody when you work for yourself

Original review Jan 24, 2025

I spoke with four different people about their '$97 down, your job is your credit' advertisement. As long as you make more than $400 a week, the ad states you are approved.

Although I make $1,000 a week, I was not approved because I work for Doordash. Despite being able to prove that I've made this amount of money, they insisted on a cosigner with any credit, even if it were a 300 credit score. As long as they made $400 a week, I'd get approved. They stated 'your job is your credit, make more than $400 a week' yet with a job that earns me more than $400 a week, I wasn't approved.

This is a classic bait and switch, and it's not right. I would advise against dealing with these people; they are liars, and legal action needs to be taken against them.

Loss:
$5000
Pros:
  • Friendly till they find out you work for doordash you are wrong
Cons:
  • You can be self employed but no doordash
  • Will not finance you even with two years of proof of what you make
  • If you work for doordash they will lie to you

Preferred solution: A chance to actually get financed or take down the ad

User's recommendation: Do not go to any of the Jeff wyler because every one of them is the same thing and it's all bait and switching lies and the more we support them the more they'll do it

  • - Anthony Daniels promised a $4,000 discount that became $2,000 and signing felt rushed; truck had overspray and no buff; won't recommend dealership.

My husband hit a deer in his nissan titan pick up. The insurance company total the truck.

We had$5000.00 to put down. We had dealt with Kia at same location had no issues at all. This time we dealt with a Nissan sales man Anthony Daniels at the Nissan end. Fair warning Dont Go To Eastgate Nissan Dealership!

Anthony said he give Dave a $4000.00 discount that turned into a $2000.00. Which he rushed Dave to sign. When we finally came home we went over the paperwork no $4000.00 discount a $2000.00 discount. The truck had over spray on it Anthony said bring it back the truck and he will get it buffed.

So i called told him i work 3rd so could I bring it in Saturday, he said no problem. Well Saturday I drove a hour and fifteen minutes wsith no sleep! No body there to buff the truck! So now I been on phone with customer care, Nissan Dealership, Nissan Service waiting on someone to call me back about getting the truck buffed!

Will not recommend Jeff Wyler again! ***

***Buyer's Beware***

AI Highlights
  • - Unprofessional sales dept lied on three items.
  • - They tried to rescind after 16 days; check and trade were returned; bumper damaged; police report filed.

I have found this dealership's sales department to be very unprofessional. I was lied to on three separate items.

They wanted to rescind the deal on a 2018 Tahoe Premier that I have had for 16 days to get out of their lies. While I loved the vehicle...I will not tolerate the rude bullying behavior that I encountered. After being made to wait for three hours--My 57000.00 check and my trade were brought back....I discovered that they had damaged the front bumper of my trade vehicle. I had to call the Union police department out to write a report.

There are too many dealerships out there to tolerate this unreputable one!

Chevrolet customer service 180******** as opened a dealer complaint. I encourage others to stand up against this sort of business practice.

Worse experience ever

AI Highlights
  • - Warranty misrepresented: Super Polysteel doesn’t cover dings/chips as claimed.
  • - Salesman Brandon Tolliver allegedly promised a same-price, new car.

When I bought my 2016 Kia Forte from Brandon Tolliver, I was told that the Super Polysteel warranty would cover any types of dings or chips that could occur on the outside of the car on the paint. Today, when I called to open the claim, I was informed that is not the case.

I purchased this warranty under false pretenses. In addition, I was told by the salesman, Brandon Tolliver, that if I was not satisfied with my Forte I could come back in the following night, and purchase a brand new one off of him for the same price since there was a HUGE problem during the negotiations with the sales manager. Since he worked out of the new car dealership instead of the used car dealership, he said his manager had agreed to this. I came back in the following night, spoje to his manager only to find it was a scam.

They got me to come all the way back over there just to try to con me into buying a more expensive vehicle! I will NEVER do business with them again and will mske damn sure I tell everyone including the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.
