Not honoring warranty. Horrible service
- Jeff Wyler Chrysler won't honor a lifetime warranty.
- Chrysler says the warranty is up to the dealer.
After several years of Jeff Wyler service doing everything on our van they failed to honor the lifetime warranty. Chrysler customer care stated the warranty was up to the Dealer.
However Jeff Wyler Chrysler failed to honor the lifetime warranty, The service advisor was unaware that Chrysler had a lifetime warranty at first. This was the first alert that there would be a problem with the transmission.
My complaint is with the lack of service from the JEFF WYLER dealership and from Chrysler for not making JEFF WYLER honor the warranty.
