- - Jeff Wyler billed $447 for diagnostics and a thermostat.
- - Vehicle sat 3 weeks, arrived disassembled.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was finally contacted by the Manager, who was very upset with how I was treated.
I was given a credit double the amount of my original charge. I would have preferred to have gotten a refund, however I could see what the Manager did was going above and beyond, and that spoke volumes to me.
He immediately realized that I had been a loyal customer with more than 30 visits to their location for Service and vehicle purchases. This extra effort and sense of urgency again spoke volumes.
The Service Manager named Chelsea was nasty from the onset. I was charged $226 for a diagnostic and then told I needed further diagnostic for another $186 totaling $447 on to say that now I needed a $700 Thermostat which still might not fix the issue. I decided to go with another Service center. My vehicle sat for 3 weeks before I could get to it.
I was contacted and told I was going to be charged $25.00 a day for storage if my vehicle was not collected. When I picked my truck up prior to it being towed the engine was dissembled, and it was sitting in a field that did not resemble any type of storage. My vehicle was towed to and serviced by Brake Discounters in Pickerington who took very good care of me and my vehicle and only charged me $315. I paid more to be treated poorly at Jeff Wyler's than I paid to get my truck serviced.
The customer service was poor, my vehicle was missing parts when it arrived at the other Service Center, and it was disassembled. The bottom line is I paid $447 for absolutely nothing.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Jeff Wyler has had 2 days to contact me back and at this point they have ignored my calls and emails.

We bought a used car that has 4 bent rims and the dealer agreed to fix the rims but now the dealer will not return my calls
