Jeff Kerber Pool Plastering

botched pool plaster job, false advertisement per the BBB, promised to fix/repair botched job, then dissapeared. has not returned over 100 emails, texts and phone calls in which i tried to reach him. Tarin and Denise office employees are rude, they dont like that i call looking for Mr Kerber... Luis, his tile man is his fix it guy, to e he is his enabler, Luis covers for Mr Kerber, Luis is just as guilty as Mr Kerber to me because he covers up Mr Kerbers messes, Go online you will see Luis's name in other consumer complaint on Jeff Kerber pools. Luis is a tile man, yet Mr Kerber sent him out on a electrical hazard at my home where Kerber pools intalled a electrical box, Luis did not know how to find out what the problem is, he loked at it, nrver opened the wiring box... then proceeded to tell me a electrician would know what the problemis, but it would costs alot of meney. Basically we arent fixing the problem Jeff Kerber pools created!!!!!! its been 1 year and 8 months since our contract states the work would be completed... it isnt!!! and Mr Kerber and his employees refuse to meet the obligation of our contract!!!!

The issues arent small issues... these are major issues

1) botched plaster

2) electrical hazard

3) water leak (they tried repairing once, but its still leaking)

4) Broken heater

Dont hire this company, look at all the complaints against them they have many common complaints

This company is terrible from the owner, laborers down to their office staff.

Their work is defective, done sloppy, and they are irresponsible... they have no respect for property.

I photographed the mess they made... plaster n equipment thrown in my landscape. The botched plaster n stains... showed Jeff Kerber the photos.

He acknowledged the poor work n mess his workers did... promised to make things right, I believed him but he never followed through, he lies...and he hides from me, ignores me. They did a botched plaster job n damaged my property... n all I asked was for them to fix it.

Jeff Kerber has ignored every means I’ve tried to contact him via email, text and phone! His office personnel Denise, tarin and Corrine repeatedly claim to not b able to get in touch with him. These women haven’t helped Me. I’ve even been told they don’t know how to get in touch with him.

Denise is so rude, every time I talk to her she is nasty. I began to think she was his wife or relative bc she was very comfortable in insulting me. She hung up on me as I asked her when will u address these problems..unfinished/ defective work, and she gets angry as if I don’t have a right to ask her! Denise told me Luis a tile installer was coming to fix the electrical hazard in a light box they installed...

can u believe it... the electrical box is throwing sparks n she said they were sending a tile installer. Today 1/25/19, I waited for Luis their tile man, he never showed up! Jeff Kerber told me that the bumps, lumps n stains in the pool would go away if I jus brushed my pool everyday...

I finally asked a pool specialist why are these bumps n stains not going away... I was told that no amount of brushing is going to make a plaster botched job go away. I was lied to again , I feel like a fool. I have been left with no choice but to put this situation in the hands of the Cslb, BBB n the courts.

Mr Jeff Kerber nor his co is a part of the BBB, they’ve lied about that too. It’s been a hard lesson to learn, I will do my homework when hiring a contractor

The complaints about Jeff Kerber pool plaster company to various organizations all have many complaints in common!!!!!

Poor product, poor customer service and according to BBB Jeff kerber lied. (He’s a fraud) he falsely claimed he was a BBB member!!!

What a disaster!! Everyone in the company totally a rip-off!

The sales person lied and the demo of TILE and re-plaster only turned into their workers putting holes in the plumbing in the spa. They would not send plumbers for weeks (because the pool wasn't scheduled for plumbers...yeah that's right there was not supposed to be plumbing). After they fixed the couple of holes they could see they refused to check if there were any more holes in the lines (and of course there was and still is!!) The spa has leaked for years now. They also plastered over a jet in the spa and fought me about under-covering the jet.

(Yeah, like I wanted them to put *** in my spa for the fun of it?) The workers also stole a pool-cleaning pole. I had a dark bottom color installed for more money but it only lasted 2 years.

The plaster job was not a good job, poor workmanship. What a disaster I still live with!

They dont know what they are doing! The pool glass plaster was installed and it completely de-laminated from the pool resulting in cracking and leakage; they did not waterproof behind the tile, resulting in leaking of water behind the tile and into the concrete which then caused damage to the entire deck.

They installed the concrete at different times, so the concrete is different colors, and it is cracking all over the place.

The gas line to the fire pit was not installed correctly and continues to fill with water and doesnt work. They did not install the thickness of the concrete that was contracted for in the contract!

Jeff Kerber Pool Plastering did my entire backyard in 2 weeks not one time did i have any problems with there men, office staff of the guy they sent to do my startup I think alot of the complaints are just anal retentive customers who don't have any time for anything else. My plaster (quartz) came out beautiful.

The decking was great and the water flowed perfect.

I even had them put in a wireless system that i've dreamed about for years and it is the BEST i've ever seen. I would gladly have them come back any time to do it all again.

Do not usse Jeff kerber pool plastering. I had many problems with their work.

They damaged my block wall, covered up my drain clean out, so you cannot use it because it is below the bricks. They did not put down a proper footing for the bricks. Some of the bricks have settled, they are now about 1/2 inch below the rest of the bricks. They did not level the bricks so when you walk on the deck, it cuts up your feet.

The deck that they did ha many problems:

1. Not level

2. part of sunk down over 1/2'

3. They did not dig out before putting down the bricks so now my drain plug is below the bricks

4. I had drains put in and the water does not drain to the drain

5. They broke the bottom of the brick fence when thay took out the old cement

I have tried to get them to fix it but they do not return my calls. I would not recommend them to do any work on your pool or deck.

on more thing, I have auto fill and they did not connect the overflow to the drain
