Pissed of ex customer
Ordered both side panels for my 48 In September of 2020 After several months then started getting told it will be next month Then they quit replying to emails Then get them on the phone Again next month.. there website said free shipping so I went with them then they called saying I need to pay for shipping. I canceled my order and they will not refund that separate transaction of shipping
User's recommendation: Go away from these people and just go with anyone recommend Kaiser Willys.

Terrible customer service / terrible shipping
I ordered 2 small parts for my Xj that totaled approximately $10; not a bad price. I was then charged $10 for regular mail that took a week to process and another week to arrive. No answers to emails or phone calls. This is terrible service and terrible customer service. products were good quality but I won't use them again.

I placed an order, several days later i check the order status , it states my order is waiting to be fulfilled. No change in order status for 5 days! I attempted to call them and got no answer, sent them an email asking when my order would be shipped, again no response, this is not how you run a business!
The Jeep Hut
I've never had a single problem with The Jeep Huts people, products, people, delivery or customer service. I've been doing business with them for over 6 years. Great products, prices, people and company!!! Their customer service, mechanical knowledge and business practices I have found are above reproach. So much so I drove to their shop , which is out of my state to put eyes on their quality of workmanship and knowledge relating to Jeep builds, rebuilds and modifications to old newer and newest Jeeps. I have been truly pleased with their business ethics, prices, advice and customer services, no doubts, period.

The Jeep Hut - Very Poor Customer Service - Owner Michael "Mike" Alan Skibicki
Absolutely the worst customer service! Ordered a product on 3/14. When I had not received a tracking number a few days later, I called every other day for two weeks asking when my product would be shipped. Each time I was told by either Conner or Cheyanne that my item had been shipped. Two weeks later they admitted they lost my order. Now that I have a partial delivery, the price has dropped by $55 and the owner Michael "Mike" Alan Skibicki refuses to price match or refund my order. I will never order from the Jeep Hut again. Buyer Beware.
