Resolved: Wrong item delivered and poor customer service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Customer service contacted me back today and is sending out a shipping label to return the wrong covers and sending out the correct covers.

I ordered seat covers in black, I confirmed I ordered black. I received blue seat covers. I confirmed I ordered black. I have tried now for 3 business days to get a hold of customer service by email and phone and even chat. No one is ever available. I leave voice mails and no return calls. No response to chats or emails. I have tried several times within those 3 business days. The seat v\covers were $249 I just want a refund they can have the seat covers back. If would ever respond.

Your directions are NOT CLEAR !! SO I PUT THE HANDLES IN TO SOON NOW IT WILL NOT COME UNDONE IF THIS CANT BE FIXED HOW AM I TO USE THE STROLLER AND YOUR TEAM WILL NOT ANSWER ME I NEED HELP GETTING THE HANDLES OUT AND IN PROPERLY PLEASE! SO FAR MY REVEIW IS 0 STARS

Took the car to the dealership said it needs a new cam and lifters in the vehicles only got 128,000 on it and theyre worn out and they wont do a thing about it only and cover the parts pretty sad
