WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY

Hi !! I had bought the Jeep Compass Limited from skymoto pvt ltd, shivajinagar, pune on 17th nov. The Uconnect & Apple Carplay is not getting connected wireless. Had shown it to skymoto Akurdi workshop on 11th dec. They could not resolve the problem. Told that the matter has been reported to the plant & they will resolve the issue as soon as they hear it from them. its been more than a month now but the problem is still not resolved. they keep giving false assurances & am running out of patience & now planning for a legal action. Pl look into the matter & resolve the issue at the earliest. Thanks.

2019 i purchased jeep campus within one year battery nd both tyres got restoration springs came out from the tyres

Battery got failed with in a year Both tires have 70%grip After having 70%grip to tires inside copper wires came outside from d both tires I complain many times to showroom jeep No proper response about tires

User's recommendation: If tires got burst who has to replace. Vehicle shoroom r else tires showroom.

Problems with new jeep

1.I have purchased new Jeep Compass,Model:Longitude plus,BS-VI,Diesel, manual transmission on 29-Feb-2020.Dealer name:Orange Jeep, Visakhapatnam.Vehicle Registration No:AP39EA4884. Chassis No:MCAAJPBY8LFA61027*2L 2.Later being central government Defence officer, got transferred to Bhopal. Hence driven on road till June and completed 2450kms. On reaching Bhopal vehicle gave indication regarding low DEF.Since no Authorised JEEP service centre available, I have driven all the way to Indore city which is 360 Kms(bothways).Which was very painful since had to take leave from office spent whole day to address small problem. 3. In the month of July gradually vehicle pickup power reduced and cluster meter indicated Auto start/stop not functional and message also popped to service engine. Immediately contacted Sathguru motors ,Indore(Auth service centre).As er their advice I continued to run the vehicle since 5000Kms checkup was due during August-2020and also service centre being far away. 4. On 21-August-2020 while driving the Jeep lost the power and started moving a constant pace of 20km/hr only. Conveyed telephonically to service centre Indore and RSA was arranged towed on flat bed crane to work shop at Indore on 22-August-2020. 5. Put on 24-August-2020 for inspection and the vehicle was diagnosed accordingly.Later put on road test for 70 Kms distance at a speed of 80km/hr using my fuel which was existing in my Jeep. Further 5000s mandatory check up done and finally told to pick up on 31-August-2020. Due to ongoing pandemic in absence of public transport I was unable to commute all the way 180 kms, therefore I had to arrange personal driver spent double the amount that I had to pay for the services charged by workshop, having no logic and a last vehicle was delivered on 01-September-2020. 6.Now today ie;04-September-2020,evening while returning from office, the same problems resurfaced with similar defects prior to handing over for rectification at service workshop Indore. 7.In view of the above hardships and trauma being faced by me inspite of purchasing a brand new JEEP COMPASS spending huge amounts has hurt me a lot. I have totally lost the high regard and confidence on JEEP company, since delivering a brand new vehicle BS-VI with out proper testing causing lots of agony and pain. I could not enjoy the new Jeep properly at all and totally disappointed on new model &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; service part also. 8. Finally who is responsible and compensate me for all problems Iam facing inspite of paying and not able to enjoy the feel of Jeep Compass 9. Complaint regarding warranty claim

Respected sir, My tail light was covered with snow and moisture, its not able to view clearly .. I have informed to the manager of VTK AUTOMOBILES. There is no response from their side. I told them to claim in warranty but they refused it . Kindly do needful..

Hi I have purchased Jeep from Indore Dealer Satguru Jeep Indore Madhya Pradesh India , in the name of AVS Sales Corporation , C/o Arvind Jain , Sales Person from Jeep - Pawan Makhija . At the time of taking the car delivery car was not clean , after waiting for 2 hours car was not as clean as a new car . Further they have not given us the 2nd key as well . Also till date I have not received the reference kit or free accessories kit from the dealer inspite of having the continuos follow up for same . This clearly shows that the management is very bad . Story is not yet over , few days back my both front tyre was completely flat , Car is only 1500 km old but the dealer has refused to replace the tyre . There is clear cut case for consumer court which I am filling soon . Date of Purchase 30th Jul 2018 model - 4*4 Jeep Compass

The FCA is riding on a wave of SNOB VALUE, EUPHORIA, HYPE AND COMPETITION AMONGST YOUTH otherwise apart from looks it is a very poor product. It has even more flaws than Tata’s First car INDICA . Mass scale complaints of all sorts are being denied by FCA.
