Inadequate repair on recall of vehicle

I have a 2014 jeep grand cherokee It was recalled for the w58 recall It immediately played up after repair It has now soon after repair gone into limp mode due to tone sensor failure It obviously needs w68 recall performed immediately I am now without a vehicle and dealership has informed me that it could be 12 weeks before parts are available Also they have stated that repairs are at my cost This is not acceptable and jeeps duty of care is to perform repairs and supply an alternative vehicle for this time period Please reply to this email within 2 working days aest

Recall dissatisfaction

The fact, I can't have my service mechanic complete the recall installation. Now having to wait until June for a simple repair from a disorganized jeep dealer. Second notice dated March, never received first recall letter. There's a very good reason I have my mechanic. I'll reconsider ownership of this jeep.

User's recommendation: Do not utilise John Hughes for any service work.

*** Jeep paint

I bought a brand new Jeep Compass- black solid. It has glue type substance embedded under the top clear coat, heaps of fisheye type blemishes all over both sides and terrible orange peel affect. The dealer won't refund me now I have to fight them in court. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new car. Check your car thoroughly before you hand over any money! They say that it happened in the factory - must be a very dirty factory to have so many blemishes in the paint!
