I always loved jeanswest but not letting me use my voucher is disgusting

I have been dealing with Aisha and Kristine with absolutely no sucess regarding my voucher, which they insist i have rendered. i have the voucher 914400****992 complaint log 471408 it is not redeemed.
This has been going on over a month. Now they insist it was redeemed on a item my daughterinlaw purchased 8\6\22 which is untrue they have forwarded me a copy of the receipt and no voucher number is attached to purchased. why would she be allowed to use it. when it was a gift from her in the first place.
The receipt number for her purchase is 140030****55923 her account no is 500400****372 which should show gift voucher purchase as well. hope you can throw some light on this regards sue davy
