Forgot password after deleting and reopening the membership and I can’t create my qr code :(
I forgot my password when reactivating an old account, the password reset email was taking days and days to come through so I called to ask for a refund, I was verbally told I was refunded, I havent seen the money yet or a confirmation email but so far so good

They dont even answer the phone/ ticket system. I had my contracted cancelled with email confirmation, also including they wont take any further payments and theyve still taken the money out and trying to get any contact is like draining water out a stone.

Not letting me sign in
I think I signed up with the wrong email so I had to sing up again could I get a refund as it took the money twice

Direct Debit taken without permission
I cancelled my subscription in May and payment was taken in June, today I received a text from Lloyds bank that you have tried to take another payment 5 months after cancelling. I have contacted my bank and also I am closing the account.
Please amend and do not try again. Thanks
