Almost declined offer because of these reviews. I entered in at Wilmington Home Show.

Was called offered free 2 night stay in Lincoln NH. We toured the property . We didn't purchase.

We had the best weekend of our 23 year marriage. Thank-you

Timeshare bait and switch scam. Jcs calls everyone who enters a raffle to trick people into timeshares promising 4 free plane tickets/cruise.

It is a complete scam. The free vacations are NOT free, and almost no one can actually use them.

Don't fall for this sham. Report JC Swain to the NH BBB.

Jcs Enterprises - Staff Review from Billerica, Massachusetts

Pathetic scammer MIKE LILLIBRIDGE/JCS ENTERPRISES/LACONIA NH. Sad, lonely, INSECURE little boy. Myself and about 100 others know about your loser attempt to slander another vendor at New Hampshire Home Show yesterday. As your history shows you have ZERO grasp of the FACTS as shown by your text and your ATROCIOUS crammer in a message sent to Joe Dilego the client of another vendor at show. Here are the TRUE FACTS ***, *** for brains, insecure, loser that you are. FACT 1: The booth at the show was NOT the property of Joe Dilego, it was paid for and "owned" by Ninety Two Percent, as can be seen on contract and the THOUSANDS of show programs handed to. FACT 2: NOBODY was "double dipping" at the booth because FACT 3: Ninety Two Percent has multiple clients, just like piece of *** Mike Lillibridge does. Fact 4: Joe Dilego, and the management of the other clients all know about the multiple clients and who they are. FACT 5: Bluegreen, one of Ninety Two Percent clients contracted for a booth at show to use for a different purpose. At last minute Bluegreen could not provide workers for the booth and asked the owner of Ninety Two Percent to provide leads for them from the show, to which the owner of Ninety Two Percent complied.

So *** for brains, insecure miserable loser, Mike Lillibridge, the owner of Ninety Two Percent was doing actions known by and agreed to by each party involved.

All you did was make a FOOL of yourself and show everyone what a scammy *** you are.

Here are some more FACTS for you. LOL. From your foolish actions Dilego thinks you are a bigger *** than before, people at Bluegreen think you're a ***, your worker at you booth thinks less, and the 20 or so vendors that Ninety Two Percent owner showed the pics and writing you sent Dilego all think you are an ***, and the show promoter wasn't too pleased that one vendor would invade the booth space of another to cause problems.

So little boy Lillibridge if you threaten ANYONE with you're "fleet of lawyers" LOL here are some more facts legal and otherwise for you to consider.

1). YOU invaded/trespassed on the property(booth) of another party. That can be proven by your pics and message.

2). YOU touched and/or tampered with the private property of another individual without consent. That can be proven by your pics and message.

3). YOU took an unauthorized pic of a lead slip which is the sole property of Ninety Two Percent/KAW as designated on the slip.

4). YOUR actions as per pic and statement to Dilego CLEARLY show an attempt to SLANDER the owner of Ninety Two Percent. That is AGAINST THE LAW.

So Lillibridge I suggest your actions are that of a BLATANTLY INSECURE BOZO.

Bring on you lawyers, lol because if you do, you open up the can of worms to have the police and ANY OTHER authorities to go over with a FINE TOOTH COMB the activities/actions/business dealings etc...of MMJ PROMOTIONS and your client.
