Service centre complaint
The AMC charge at Patliputra JCB Service Centre has no limit. The service charges are very high.
Mahindra Chauhan, the service manager at Patliputra, is not responding to the technician's complaint by the customer.
I want to sell my JCB due to service issues. I prefer the JCB from another company.

Bucket crake exchange isshu
Sir Mara bucket (100) hours Se carak he abhi tak company ki side se replay ni aaya he nd sir sellsmen or dealer phone recover nhi kr rahe he hmm badi problem me he sir machine breakdown hone wali he mene maininig ke liye machine purchase ki thi sir company mujhe 25 % payment pay ka bol ri he or bucket under warranty he usko bad

Not proper services in jcb
My machine is having breakdown since last 13 days, no satisfactory answer has been received yet. Oil is coming from the swing motor.
I am tired of calling the dealership. There is no solution from their side yet.Now there is more hope left from the company, maybe someone can help, I will be grateful to you.

Resolved: Complaint on pricing
Every single time I order a part it is at least three times more expensive than any other part anywhere else. Then add on shipping which is double what it should be. This is not okay this is not how the real world works and I expect a response by phone call as to how this is going to be remedied.

Jcb engine problem
I am from India gujrat. don't need a machine at all.
We have given such a bad machine. As much as we did not run the machine. His problem has come so much. Not for 4 months, he is getting so much work done.
I don't want a machine. You take a machine from here.
Otherwise, I would have come and kept you in your Yamtraman. I want a new machine, I will not take it in the same machine.
