I WENT TO A CHECK CASHING PLACE IN LANCASTER CALIF JUST TO INQUIRE ABOUT AN AUTO LOAN WE GAVE ALL OUR INFORMATION AND IN YHE END DECIDED AGINST IT INTREST WAS TO HIGH NO MONEY EVER EXCHANGE HANDS ANYTHING WE SIMPLY ASKED FOR PAPER WORK BACK LEFT THE NEXT YEAR WHEN I WENT TO DMV THERE NAME SHOWED UP ON MY REGISTRATION AS A LEAN HOLDER ON MY PINK SLIP I WENT THROUGH DMV THEY DIDENT HAVE ANY LISTING OF THIS COMPANY BUT TET WITHOUT ANY PROOF THEY JUST LET THEM PUT THERE NAME ON MY REGISTRATION I OWE THEM NOTHING, I HAVE SINCE DID A POLICE REPORT ON THE CHECK CASHING PLACE BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY PLACE I EVER GAVE MY CAR INFORMATION TO I GUESS THIS TYPE OF SCAM IS GOING ON MORE AND MORE DMV GAVE ME A FORM TO FIIL OUT SEND TO THE COMPANY CERTIFIED MAIL IF THE FORM NOT ANSWERED YOU GO BACK WITH THE CERTIFIED UNDELIVERABLE FORM AND THEY TAKE IT OFF YOUR REGISTRATION OR PINK SLIP. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE. IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO GET THIS RESOLVED SIMONE

Jc Pacific Collections is a fraud
I took out a car title loan with a company called CT Loan Center when i payed my loan off this company sold the contract to this company Jc Pacific Collections now this company has came and took my car and told me that i owe them $14000.00 for a $3000.00 dollar loan that i paid off. I have never seen these people face to face and they keep giving address that are mail boxes or suite numbers that are empty and giving telephone numbers that are disconnected and i still don't know where my car is.

Jc Pacific Collections is trying to get me to pay them $15000 on $3000 dollar car title loan. The actual company CT LOAN CENTER claim that they sold my contract to this company and this company JC PACIFIC COLLECTIONS has came and took my car and told me if I want to get my car back that I have to pay them $3999 and start the contract over and pay them $799 for twelve months. This company is giving addresses that are mail boxes and working from cell phones and I never spoken with anyone face to face. Thank you

I too got a loan from ct loan center and had my contract sold to jc pacific... since there its been a unfair rollercoaster ride with this company.
They are a complete rip off. I had my vehicle repoed by them in early this year. I paid in full for the return of my vehicle and since then have been given the run around about my title being returned. I have made several attempts to contact someone and only seem to get no further than Ben.
Now all numbers are disconnected and I still dont have my title.

I am in the same situation. Except i want to trade my car in and pay off the loan but cant get in touch with anyone to resolve the matter.
I am so pissed this people are scammers. I have also spoken to Benjamin and Mayra and neither of their numbers are now working. There must be something we can do.
I understand i owe the money but i have a RIGHT to pay it off and get my title back.

Well, I had loan with this company for $1,000, this "loan center" place sold my contract to Jc Pacific some time last year and since then I've paid them off and now I can't get a hold of them to get my pink slip or spare key! Some rep of there's by the name of Benjamin had given me a number that is now out of service and there addreses are either some appartment building in Hollywwod or a cell phone store in Downtown L.A. Now I have a third pary lean holder and no way to remove this fraud of a company from my car tittle!
