My problem is you guys did not respond to my last stop complaints about the Pilgrim's Pride Factory in Moorefield West Virginia where they treat their employees badly they overworked them they're underpaid they don't give them uniforms they don't give them t-shirts the staff treats each other badly the supervisors don't help the regular staff members if they need help with lids or anything the floors are filthy with chicken all over it they pick up the chicken and I put it in the boxes I have sent several complaints my man works there on Daypack one and two and he's exhausted when he comes home he can't even do anything when he comes home he passes out on the couch several people have complained and the chemicals they use are making the employees very sick the places a disaster I already told you the several times nobody's done anything about it I'm going to find out how I can go over your heads too because you're not doing nothing absolutely nothing about it send me a reference number that I made a complaint this is my fourth complaint to you and you have not done nothing the employees have been complaining a lot about not having shirts for work and they've been making them work every Friday my man works there and he tells me a lot and it's built up inside of me so badly I'm going to get an attorney and it's not going to be a nice thing so I need somebody to contact me on my email as soon as you get this don't tell me you didn't get it this time either thank you and God bless you for your time get off your lazy butts and get to the Pilgrims Pride Factory in Moorefield West Virginia I'm an anonymous person you don't need to know my name address phone number and all of that you have my email that's all you need thank you for your time and God bless you you have my phone number also I'd like 50 thousand dollars for pain and suffering the food is terrible I almost died .

I work at jbs (plainwell michigan) i enjoy my job im hard working 21 a single mother of 1 with little to no support system helping me, the job pays pretty good so the pain that might come with the job is not a problem for me, but i had an issue with some ladies on my line, im in packoff A and i was doing my job when a Latina lady came up to me and asked to take my spot (pointing and showing me jesters because i dont speak spanish) i told her i was fine (also with hand signals) but she insisted to take my spot another lady then had a remark when i didnt want to give my spot up and said i didnt belong here (because everyone could communicate with one another but myself, that automatically made me feel a couple different emotions mad, upset, discouraged, offended, discriminated.. you know all the feelings that youd feel when someone told you that another lady told me to just go to the bathroom (as if they wouldnt notice i was gone) i told my supervisor and he brushed it off and said hed put me in a different spot i then continued to help everyone in different spots in packoff A so i was still working and not slacking or getting in trouble but i ended up back on the same line after break feeling very uncomfortable.

fast forward to today (2 days later i was gone yesterday) so i was on line doing my work trying to brush the remarks from the other day off and the lady who said i didnt belong was next to me i was feeling the same emotions as before and was very uncomfortable next to her so i said something to my supervisor asked if i could work in a different area or not next to her on the line. He said no. So we had a meeting about the incident and then the lady on my line had one also i came back in the office and was completely gaslighted, how did she say that to you when she doesnt speak english i replied just like you know a bit spanish she knows some english too do you have any witnesses yes but the other ladies are her friends do you think theyll want her off the line when they told me to

go hide in the bathroom (skip) the man thats been being very rude to me also in a different situation when i didnt feel good told me i had an attitude and completely interrogated me because i was sitting in the clinic asking for medicine to feel better and was angry at me because i had my legs crossed and was mopping because i just wanted to feel better (i didnt even ask to go home) only did i go home after i cried because i was being interigated and horribly treated when i just wanted to feel better so i could make my money. same person who was very rude in this situation.

I ended up going back to the line just to be next to the same lady so i was very frustrated at this point because i was supposed to be moved (they said they had to the end of the day to move me but i said something about this incident 2 days ago and still was on the line) i then looked for the person in charge after i asked my manager to take a bathroom break so i could talk about my frustration and maybe a solution (because i had been told id be moved before and never got moved) we talked and it went well one of the head directions told the lady to move me. buttt we then went into another meeting with slip and my supervisor and they said i took an unauthorized break because i went to her instead of going straight to the bathroom. So i tried to tell them how i was feeling and express how i felt my feelings were being disregarded because i had been brought up the situation and i got the same treatment this time also but i got asked do i even want to work here, i replied yes well you spend more time in meetings then working not true i work very hard and good but i dont understand why im being treated like the person in the wrong in a situation that obvious makes me very uncomfortable (i began to cry) because why am i being treated like this and i just want to work comfortably without being discriminated or interrogated by people higher up in the building.

but at the end of this story i got suspended for 3 days and when i come back theyll decide if i have my job or not for my unauthorized break. I dont understand if im really in the wrong or not so im reaching out to higher up since the highest in my building was sadly unavailable today TYIA
