Deposited $200 to send 1800 fax list @ 0.06 cents per page. After going through the entire process of adding a 1 in front of all the fax numbers, uploading them and the document....

the system keeps sending me insufficient funds emails and not process any of my faxes.

After calling the support 5 times with no luck, I asked to be transferred to the supervisor. The supervisor was able to fix the problem but I'm not sure if I want to continue doing biz with jblast as I will most likely receive insufficient funds notice again soon and or spend 5 hours trying to fix their problems.

I've been using Jblast for the past 7 years to do some yearly advertising with their faxblast service. In the past it's been easy and wonderful.

Now I understand they bought this new company and have decided to use their software platform rather than their own easy to use software.

The software simply doesn't work, had to change from internet explorer to another browser just to upload the data files, the option to add money to your account online doesn't work, and jobs got "stuck" in their cue and couldn't be removed causing me to have to add additional funds to the account (which I'll never get back) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY....They used to be great, now their only incredibly frustrating to deal with. It's taken me over 3 days to finish a job that should have taken 10 minutes.

The recent changes at JBlast touted by the company as "improvements" are ANYTHING but. What used to be easy, now requires additional steps and actually results in FEWER FAXES GOING THROUGH.

The user no longer has control and the ability to redial is gone, unless you want to reformat the list you were sent after the fax, and then RESUBMIT.

While the tech staff is pleasant enough, the last tech told me "you are dealing with computers, they don't trust." My understanding is many customers are VERY upset with the recent unfriendly customer interface changes. STAY AWAY FROM JBLAST!

Don't use Jblast.com technician, the take peoples money, $40.00 wont give me a refund, a *** dumb $40.00 bucks, There service is terrible there technician like stuart, no personalty and not helpful whats so ever, Scam!

There service stinks and there not business people, they take advantage of people, and e-fax referred me to them,

Mike Simmons told me we will not give you $40.00 that I didnt even use the service.. Noting he can do, I know he must be the owner scam artist, how he treated me!
