Denied EAP again for information that was submitted with application.

I submitted the application and paystubs. I received a call from a woman at the office saying she was going to combine my paperwork. and didn't I received a letter denying me. Just never mind I had my HR print 3 months of paystubs UGH!!!

User's recommendation: do not rely on them for help.
