I ordered a six-pack of magnetic stud finders, but instead of receiving a six-pack, I received only one. When this was brought to their attention, they simply said that they changed the listing but were not sorry for the fact that I spent approximately three times as much for one, considering the shipping costs. They did not offer any compensation.

I bought a product from them that is defective. They say the item is outside the return window and it is just barely.
I had no way of knowing the product was defective until we had a hard rain. I immediately contacted them to let them know I received a defective product. Instead of making it right, which they have the discretion to do, they only say it's outside the return window.
Even if it is outside the return window, they could, at the very minimum, replace the product. This is some of the worst customer service I've received in a long time and I would never buy another product from them again!

I'm only sorry you have a negative one rating. They sold me a 'new' nativity that was returned and resold to me with broken pieces.
The previous victim had written them a letter and it was still in the box. If this is how they conduct business, they should be removed from Amazon.

I have tried calling them repeatedly. I never get any one on the phone.
I guess I'll have to contact the Texas Attorney General's office. This is so unnecessary and for sure no way to do business.
I returned the MX 808 tablet on 08/22/2023 my order # is 850272 I have USPS confirmation that the tablet was delivered to your place of business. Since then I have not received anything from you about my refund.

I still havent heard from JB Tools regarding my refund. What do I have to do? Ive been a mechanic for fifty years I cant understand this refusal to talk to me on the phone or simply refund my money.
User's recommendation: No not do business with this company. I’ve used JB Weld for many years I didn’t hesitate to order the tablet. I guess that was my mistake.

No one to answer the phone. Website does not list who the shipping carrier is for their products. All they want to do is promote that or extend protection and get paid the money when nothing happens.
