I placed an order on December 16th 2024 and it was a 2 day delivery and I have not received my order and it is now January 8 2025. I would like to know where my order is.

Order #733218 was placed on 12/2 and then again on 12/7 #227731. Both orders are showing as unfulfilled.

I may have made the mistake of opting to pay in installments. Please review these orders and let me know what the problem may be.

I bought a talking Blippi for my great grandson for Christmas. It did not work, sent for a replacement, the replacement came with leaky batteries and did not work.

It's January 1st, still no doll and no refund. Plus it was a Christmas present and I am having trouble finding the same doll. The company, did not respond. They want to be contacted by e-mail.

I prefer to talk to a human being. Poor/no customer service.

No stars for this Company. I bought one talking Blippi Doll, it did not work.

Sham Company, rip off with no customer service to talk to.

I just need my money back I was just looking at them and I pushed the wrong button and the money is towards Christmas without that I wouldn't be able to by presents for my grandchildren I have some money all ready and I only get one check a month

I am a huge fan of your company and all your Jazwares x Sanrio plushies and Toys. Tried to order valt ships and web sight was not letting me and I really wanted the starwars ships to add to my collection

Was unable to get simple issues resolved. I was unable to get shipping address changed within five minutes of placing my order. Very frustrating.

I had order 2 items from jazwares and it never arrived I get an email stating that they were returning them I want to know why and when will I get credited my refund back to my card I would prefer a gift card so I can order again idk why they never send me my order plz let me know why because they were presents for Christmas reply in an email to my when I get my refund or gift card thank you Debbie Eros

I bought a Squishmellow for my granddaughter for Valentines Day from Walgreens and it has the wrong tag I send you pictures of all tag now you want the receipt that I throw away

The pikachu tail was broken when my son opened the box he received for his birthday.

As this was a gift, I dont know who gave it to him so I am unable to return/exchange it.
