The reviews were right. Something is off about this company.

They want you to use their title company.

They try to sell you homes without appliances. The homes require alot of repair.

This is the worst realtor I had ever seem. never returns phone calls and emails.

Property is garbage. Office never answer either. they need to be suspended and not licensed granted. They need to respect this profession.

This profession needs ethical people not these persons.

I was trying to write an offer for my client since he liked the property, but it is impossible.

Real estate should be a career with strong requirements, so that to filter people with professionalism like this people. I hope I will never never never will need to show a property from this company.

I went to see a property owned by Jazbrowhomes, LLC. They were asking nearly $80,000 over just value for a dilapidated house.

Dry wall kicked in, wires hanging down, unfinished kitchen, no appliances and NO A/C! My realtor tried to reach them to find out if they were still working on the property and to negotiate price - no luck. I even went back a second time to see if they had done any work since the last visit. The place remained unfinished.

Dodged a bullet with this one.

Jazbrowhomes gets the boot. Seriously, the lack of ethics makes this company operates with, makes it look cartoony and fraudulent.

I submitted an offer the offer was signed it has been a week I have been trying to contact Aziz no reply ladies at the office are rude as *** this is some bull are the homes really for sale

Could not get a hold of broker in connection with 2 properties client liked. Still have not heard from broker after contacting him via text/email/phone for 6 consecutive days telling him my client was very interested in placing an offer but had some questions.

Called number shown in front of home listed and another realtor picked up claiming to be a realtor in his office, but had no information regarding the listing and told me, I quote: "i can barely reach him myself so nothing can be done until you hear from him." The next day upon checking the MLS, i noticed the price changed the prior night from $159,900-$175,000. Client is extremely frustrated, as she really liked that house.

Situation lead me to believe he places these properties in areas way below value as bait, because the only two properties the client liked, though 30 minutes apart in distance, were both listed under his name at attractive prices. Still have not heard from the agent regarding my inquiries.

There is NO AGENT, a bunch of clerks answering questions which they shouldn't be answering being they're not licensed. They really don't even have a clue as to what they're selling, roof life, electrical issues they have no clue, therefore causing issues with inspections.

Their listings are over 6 months old because they're over priced if you look at the history they play with the dates! Extremely unprofessional and unethical. They don't return calls nor do they respond to offers or emails!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Worst experiences ever, Aziz who has this Jazbrowhomes LLC company never never contact you or ever answer Your call, he buys auction properties and sell them without any reparation you have To chasing him For a respond but he is never in the office that is what his not too polite office assistants always say. Worst "Realtor "Ever !!!

Unethically backed out of closing on a contract, then re placed property on the market for 35k more than contracted price.

Took multiple attempts to eventually get deposited escro funds released.

Unethical. First time home buyer and experience was horrible.

Require a 30 day closing which is tight if your financing, and you must use their title company which is about a year old. Realtor was unresponsive with having utilities turned on for appraisal and when bank needed a week extension they cancelled our contract. So im left with no home and $1000 lost in inspections and appraisals, not to mention time and frustration.

Then realtor will not get on the phone, he has his unlicensed assistant to speak for him. Wow, i should have read reviews before wasting my time.

Aziz has several properties. After i submitted multiple contract offers for different homes for him, he finally responded.

When i received the contract back from him, he wants me to use his title company, also he attemped to remove a Florida statute law stating that he was not responsible for a marketable title on the home. Lastly he did not want to fix anything, and wanted us to close in 30 days. He also misrepresented the home by saying it was a 3/2 when it was a 2/1. He attempted to make a 3rd bedroom by putting a door on a florida room (with no closet) i believe he is affiliated with Jazbrow homes llc.

And is also the listing agent for All the homes. Once i told him i didn't want to move forward with his changes to the contract he never responded.

He is nothing but a scam , and What's so disappointing is that he is blocking the housing market. Buyers Beware!!!

Dealt with selling agent Aziz Charania, TOTAL SCAMMER ***. In negotiations for a home - 3br/2ba for 229k.

Back and forth negotiations (all done by our agent cause he never once called us back) when he conjured up a fake buyer to drive us up on price "i have another offer but if you do 227k it's your tonight". Never once mentioned any of the MONUMENTAL ISSUES this house had (a la Money Pit with Tom Hanks) that we discovered after $500 home inspection...

Brought up all issues...

Offered a large reduction for us to cover repairs or aching price is they covered the major stuff (needed new roof/ac, and plumbing/electrical from illegal pipe in kitchen that ran out side of the house and faulty wiring in kitchen that caught the microwave on fire!) ignored us full we withdrew. Offered again to bring them back to table and the countered negotiations with us for a week before ignoring us again when we learned they broke it off and relisted home for 260k after we forced them to repair major issues before we could closeon the loan.
