My KettlebellConnect flashes an empty battery with an exclamation in its center. The charger is loose when it is plugged into the Kettlebell.
The serial number of my product is 001633. I have no idea what's wrong with it.
If I need to replace the charger please let me know where and which one do I need to purchase. I tried to reset it and it is still showing that same display.
Preferred solution: A solution to my problem.

Received product, no contact phone number, and the dumbbell does not work.
Received a brand new dumbbell from a seller on eBay. Does not work.
Incredibly frustrated because its brand new.
eBay seller, tells me to call the company. There is no company phone number.

DAMAGED PLATES
RECEIVED 50 LB ADJUSTABLE DUMBELLS FOR CHRISTMAS AND THERE WERE 8 CRACKED, DAMAGED PLATES BETWEEN THE TWO DUMBELLS. I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE DUMBELLS AND HAVE THE DAMAGED PLATES REPLACED. THANK YOU.
