Anonymous Yup. Mine stopped charging as well. It was past the warranty so there was nothing to be done but look to purchase a new one. I purchased a fitbit instead.

I am on my 4th Up3 in one year. Everything from torn bands to not pair in to just stop working. Customer service is horrible. Never ever waste your money on this product.

My UP3 band broke in 2 places, almost completely split - so I can't use it anymore. Emailed Jawbone about it a month ago and had no reply. Emailed them again to try and get a reply but still nothing yet. They used to be good, and send multiple replacements quickly, but seems the company is dying from what I've since read online.
