What a joke of customer support! My new Jawbone UP24 is non-functional after attempting a "firmware upgrade". The "upgrade" failed at 55% complete. Now the UP24 is just a hunk of plastic that doesn't do anything. No way to find out how to fix/replace or whatever. No phone numbers, no e-mail ID, no nothing!I I cannot and will not recommend this product to anyone who asks about it. Back to the Fitbit! How can this company possibly stay in business...

Hi Jawbone customer support, I sent an e-mail to, not response to e mail or customer care is not working to call. Not able to see light and not able sync band to my iPhone please help me. I did all that was required: Sent in the broken jawbone, provided proof of purchase and still i have not received my replacement. I spoke with a customer service rep 6 months ago and he assured me my new one would be mailed within 60 days. When nothing arrived I sent emails to get an update, I received an email apologizing for the delay and was told it would be mailed that week. I received nothing. I then attempted to call, with no response....
