This website is a total scam! I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding an unjustified charge of $59.90 that was made to my account today.
My client ID is at3lkc3ucw. On March 27th, I successfully canceled the automatic subscription through the website, and I have received confirmation of the cancellation. Despite this, the charge was still made, which I find to be highly unacceptable. I would like to request a clear explanation for this charge and demand immediate action to resolve this matter.
Please refund the amount of $59.90 promptly.
If this issue is not rectified, I will be left with no choice but to view this action as fraudulent and take further steps accordingly. I look forward to your support team's swift response regarding this matter.

I have followed thorough all subscription cancelation, yet got another 40$ payment requests from AGB***EBL CARDS: Denied for USD39.99 from AGB*** 1855200**** GB. Card 413401**8079 on 10-Feb-25 09:12:54 AM BST. EBL Helpline 16230
They are scamming people.
It's been more than 14h i haven't got any updates from them.
Following that, I was charged $59.99, and I received an email stating that my membership had been updated for one month.
However, the advertised price for a 1-month membership was $49.99, making this charge incorrect.
I immediately tried to contact support via email and also called the phone number provided on www.jvbill.com (+1-85*-***-****).
it's been 8h now support has not responded yet, and the phone number is incorrect. these guys are scammer.

The support number present on their support page (+1 - 85* - *** - ****) is not in service, so don't be bothered to call them.
They take an incredibly long time to answer any inquiry, despite advertising on their support page that they answer in less than 12 hours.
They also lie in their preset text present on their chat support bot. No, there is no option that you preselect before subscribing.
I was charged after subscribing for a 1 month trial membership 3 times (3 dollars in total) and then, without my consent, the membership was upgraded to a 39.99 monthly membership. Also, they signed me up for other websites without my consent as well.

I tried to cancel my membership. The website says the membership cancelled when I clicked the cancel membership option.
But it still gives me the option to cancel membership. I am going to be charged again. I sent more than 10 email for 10 days. Not only that, but I raised multiple tickets.
I sent multiple messages for live chat.
I didn't receive a single response. I can't reach out to anyone from the website.
