I never was able to speak with anyone they never answered the phone I had an issue with there product but no one to help Im not satisfied with this can someone do something as a customer that always purchase your products I was very disappointed this last time with my purchase

Hello, my name is Benny Bowie, and I purchased a box of 12 flavored Jarristos from a Spinx Store, 549 E. Standing Springs Rd., Simpsonville, SC 29680, on 3/31/26.
The flavors are horrible; the pineapple is missing its flavor, and the Sangria tastes and smells like vinegar. I have had these flavors before, and they never have tasted this bad. Maybe it's a bad batch or something. The exp.
date is good, best by 11/20/26. I'm not sure why they taste like this, but I work hard for my money to not get to enjoy what I paid for.

My name is Melissa Flores, I am a first-year teacher. I teach Spanish I at a high school.
I was hoping to get some coupons to buy Jarritos for my students when we do our Cinco de Mayo party on May 3rd. I would love to be able to share a part of my culture with my students. Growing up in a Mexican household, parties always had Jarritos as a drink option.
I have six classes, with 120 students in total.

Contaminated product

I got a proper response from the company and an explanation and a replacement of product so I am happy
I did reach out and got a response immediately. They gave an explanation , that I couldn't swallow and then offered replacement vouchers or similar. I am a long time fan so I will continually by their products.
