Returned to Jardine Motors North Birmingham after a disastrous service last year because they recognized their shortcomings and refunded the service costs and re-did the service. This year after a £750 annual serve the Discovery returned with screeching brakes and several specific highlighted problems unaddressed. Discovery taken to a third party garage who replaced the brake discs and pads, clearly worn, screeching gone. Jardine Motors claim no problems with the disc and pads and no longer interested. Not the service I expect from the local Land Rover service centre.
