Misrepresnted water pump replacement cost
I received a quote for replacing a water pump From Japanese Auto Master,Va Beach, and belts in my car. when I arrived, to pick up the car the bill was $200.00 more because they had done more work without telling me and they stated that they did because it was better to do this way. I would not have taken it to them had I know their price because I already had a similr price form the dealer. why would i go to all the trouble of taking the car somewhere else if was going to cost me the same!
