Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. All I got was a half apology (automated) after I got my stuff.

All they did was ignore my emails, when I called they don't answer at all (not even give a call back after 9 days after I left a message). I decide to call again, found out my number is blocked. Do not waste your money here, I repeat, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

i cant login because it says email is not associated with any account. but im getting emails saying my japan crate is being delivered through the email ive been typing in.
ive been trying to cancel it for months now and it keeps taking money out of my account and sending it. i tried the email support but it didnt work and i havent gotten any responses back.
Preferred solution: i would like to cancel my subscription
