Did d need t get refund

They did not refund my money for 2 bathing suits which I returned 3 weeks ago. My bank is WSFS in Tabernacle NJ, the amt is $104. It cost me $15 to return them by us postal service.

I am 82 years old and on a fixed income. First of all I only ordered 1 bathing suit but received 2. I dont know how that happened. I am not a a pissed consumer I just wanted my money back and wanted to say how old this happened thank you. You said you had returned 124:00 but there is no record in my WsFS bank. Please help. Looking for jantzen panties that I purchased in the past. Years ago and want to purchase again!

Wanted to find out if they still make a particular panty, but the phone number said that there was no such viable phone number so- I spoke with no one and obviously got no information. No such customer service number even exists. Very poor recommendation for Jantzen and for Pissed Customer. A sad misleading situation that took over an hour to get nowhere. Sheila 713-443-****

I needed to get a hold of Customer service and your phone number is the wrong number. It defaulted to a shipping address that is incorrect and I was not able to change it, you are mailing it to the wrong address!
