Been on the phone for two days average of ten hours trying to talk to the right person about my status of my enrollment in new program info.com
On January 23rd 2023 I called and got enrolled for the drug envega sustenna through new program info.com I have been trying for the last two days nonstop In February now to talk to someone about my enrollment and nobody seems to know who I need to speak to this drug cost me 1200 dollars a month after Medicare and Im due for another shot on the 23 of this month I need help with paying for this drug desperately Im on a fix income and dont even get enough to pay for this drug so my parents help me with cost for now without this drug I will end up more than likely in the hospital again where they will give me this shot for free because Im in the hospital but I will be very Ill before they admit me.so some information would really be nice to see where we stand.just really upset
