Backpack odor

I purchased 2 Jansport back packs on 2 different occasions, both has a very stinky smell. I washed them and the odor will not leave. I was wondering if there is anything to be done to get rid of the odor in them?

Lost package

I was just informed that the backpack that I had repaired under warranty was lost. It was never delivered to my home and I need it for my grandson for his school books

Terrible customer no service

purchased wheeled backpack online at sale price, what was delivered a week later was not wheeled and wrong ugly color, call to CNS did not resolve anything....only offered return and refund the requirement for 100 words is ridiculous so I guess ill rant on about this *** site too. Why is it that you can no longer get service anywhere? there should be alternative recourse methods, people wonder why there is a lack of support for American business, its because they do not care about there customers so they treat them any way they feel is allowable to meet their own bottom line.
