Janimal return policy
Bought a Janimal in October 2014 as a Christmas gift and I didn't see the person til January. It was too small, I wanted a bigger size. I called customer service and was told 30 day return/exchange policy. I explained the holiday gift and they said they would contact corporate headquarters and I should call back in 2 business days. I was not confident with the call because I could barely understand the rep due to the background noise at the call center so I emailed customer service. I got a reply that day with an apology asking me what size I would like. I replied and asked how to return the one I have. 5 business days later I got an email restating the return/exchange policy and sorry for inconvenience. Obviously the company has a disconnect within.
