Janie and Jack

My return started off rough inside the store due to me visiting the same store for the second time attempting return some items. My first visit was 6 days prior which was unsuccessful at the time due to the store clerk informing me she cannot complete the refund cause of the new system and she did not have knowledge on how to do a return with the new system. Today was my second visit and I was the same exact thing however the assistant manager stated that if I can return 10 to 15 days to complete the return once the system update. I immediately contacted Janie and Jack customer service number and spoke with a customer service representative via telephone and she was very helpful she ensured I received my cash refund back today instead of returning back to the store for the third time. She stayed on the phone contacted all appropriate and helpful people to ensure the return was successful. I would like to add that the staff in the store got the job done with help from the customer service helpline and they did a good job. Overall my experience was good just took time and patience.
