Have an older gift card that does not work.
Service rep said I would get a new gift card in email. That was two hours ago.

Verified Reviewer |This company used to be first rate now they don’t care your stuff is thrown into a box all crumpled up no tissue no boxes with ribbon.
I placed my order as always for my grandson. I always order from Janie and Jack because up until this delivery, everything was packed nicely in blue boxes with ribbon and tissue.
I made a point of requesting boxes and I also called and asked them to make sure I got them with this order. It was useless. I got the order today; it was all thrown into a shipping box in a crumpled state. The only way I can use it is to iron it all.
So, I called and as always, got someone either in Mexico or Asia that didn't speak English well and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I would say, do not use these people until they go back to the way they were.

On more than one occasion after placing an order I received a message with an offer of 15% off my next purchase. When attempting to redeem that offer, I got the following responses:
1.
You can't redeem it today- you have to wait until your order ships
2. You will only get that discount if you refer a friend.
In neither case was that a condition stated on the offer.
Shipping is never timely and I have waited weeks at times for delivery.
For my most recent order, I got a notification that an empty box was shipped to the gift recipient. REALLY???
When the clothing actually was received, NO GIFT CARD and no indication that the gift was sent by me. Fortunately, I sent an email to the recipient asking if they got my gift!
How embarrassing for me!!
The customer service is abominable. I will never buy anything from Janie and Jack again.

I am worried that my order wont get here on time. My kid is graduating.
I paid $25 dollars for next day and nothing yet.
Today is the 4th day and nothing.
It shows that the order was fulfilled but it never got here.
No one picks up the phone, no one responds in the chat, and no email back. Its crazy how back their customer service is!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Today was my second visit and I was the same exact thing however the assistant manager stated that if I can return 10 to 15 days to complete the return once the system update. I immediately contacted Janie and Jack customer service number and spoke with a customer service representative via telephone and she was very helpful she ensured I received my cash refund back today instead of returning back to the store for the third time. She stayed on the phone contacted all appropriate and helpful people to ensure the return was successful. I would like to add that the staff in the store got the job done with help from the customer service helpline and they did a good job.
Overall my experience was good just took time and patience. Thank you all.

Verified Buyer |Mistake by staff and not willing to resolve
I received a gift and the size was incorrect. Went to the store to Make the exchange, the associate said they dont have the size and can order it for me.
Make the change to get a call from store manager that a they ordered wrong size and cant do anything for me to bring it back once I received the order. Called customer service and they said they cant do anything and there is no supervisor to help me out. No one is there to help even when they are the ones who made the mistake. I have a young baby at home and will be leaving on travels for 2 months and cant take back the item.
They are horrible and customer service and will never purchase from them again. Think before u purchase from this company and they dont care about their customers!
