Never by Jani King Franchise. They are absolutely a big cheaters in the market.

The way give the quote to the customer the franchise owner is left with peanuts. It's a pain. The staff out there is rude. If you deny to take the project they never offer you any project after that.

It was a blunder mistake to take their franchise.

I lost my 40k. They somehow always hold you responsible for every complaints and charge penalties on top.

If I was dying and could only give one advice, my last words would be "do NOT invest in a Janiking franchise"

Just don't do it! I have lost $65000 because of these lying fools who do anything and everything they can to put the blame on the franchisee so they don't have to give you any more business.

Even after the client wrote an email to the Janiking management stating that THEY were the problem, Janiking still managed to pull some excuse out of their backsides and put the blame on me.

They are the devil. I have never regretted anything in my life as much as the decision I made to invest in a Janiking franchise!

Jani King using vulnerable students and migrant students on visa and ppl on centrelink works them hard with promise for cash in hand and doesn't pay.

These people are already under a lot of financial stress; looks upto to someone who offers them casual job, they work hard to support their study and get the chase around. One Jani KIng employee has reported he didn't get paid by Jani King for 4 months hasn't got food in the house, cannot pay his sub contractors.

How many of these young vulnerable students just walk away without a fight.

This particular lady on dole has been waiting for 3 weeks for her pay having worked full nights cleaning business and ofices. Centrelink stopped her payment cause she thought she had found work, only to find out the person refuses to pay her and does not answer any communications

I am interested to know how many people in Australia have been adversely affected by this company. Tasmania has lost nearly half of theirs, could it be that the stats are simmilar in other states? It's strange that a company can be allowed to quote so low on contracts that legal wages to employees can not be met.Every zee in this state who employs people must do so illegally or face going backwards. I have seen copy's of contracts that pay as little as $20 an hour, how could anyone survive on that it can best be described as slave labour. Zee's have had to yell and scream to get jani king to increase their quotes on near on all their contracts. I'm sitting on some really explosive materials on this company and I'm looking for others to join in a class action lawsuit that will blow this company away or at least teach them a lesson. Hi there i bought a Jani King cleaning franchise 6 yrs ago, the pus side of this is that you can chose your own hours,the bad side is that i have not had a contract where i do not have to work at 200% speed to finish a clean that as been priced 50% below what i would call a normal working rate.Which in effect means i am working at rates that a young person gets at McDonald's.This is not my biggest gripe, which is the MCE's that we use in Australia and i presume every other Jani King country,i submit my Mce's (not always on time)depends if customer signs it but i always do send them in.I will not hassle customer to sign them on time 9to my cost i lost a contract because of that procedure)Now for my real *** i just received a letter from head office saying they have not received my monthly MCE for Oct-09, admittedly sent 5 days late due to not being signed but never the less sent,they are really implying i didn't send it in (which in effect means i am lying)

Now i am really pissed
