No one answered and there wasn't an answering service for me to leave a voice mail. I wanted to find out if the email contact for Janet Hair Comp was legit because I wanted to order some Rih 30 inch locs.
I have been scammed before by an online beauty supply company. I was disappointed that no one answered the contact number nor was there an official answering service.

I purchased 3 packs of what was said to be Janet Collection French wet and wavy hair in 24 inches from a seller on eBay by the name beautyandbarberpro. I purchased the bake to use for a protective box braid style.
Ive only had the hair installed for ONE WEEK and the hair has been shedding, tangling and matting nonstop. This hair that I received is not human hair at all.
I paid a total of $600 for a style that should last 4+ weeks to only have to take it out sooner because the quality of hair that I received. I am extremely upset mad I want my money back immediately!

The wig is so thin not enough hair it should had more combs in it it only has one in the very back it should had two on the side for security so the wig don’t blow off your head
Try using Bobbi pins or weave glue so it doesn't get crooked & stay out of the wind. We don't want to see another flying wig case.
