Did not know I was on a automat renewal plan.And need a full refund.zi have no further use for the food boxes

Avoid Cancelling the plan will break you financially. There is no gluten free. some food is revolting

cancelation cost after 9 days is £234.50, not all the products were edible, some where disgusting. the gluten free option my wife chose had warnings on, MAY CONTAIN GLUTEN, the lady on telephone said this was a legal requirement, a nightmare experience.

Jane Plan is the worse company I have ever deal with in my life.
Unwanted boxes of meals.
I tried to cancel my order BEFORE I was sent any meals because I didnt want to be in a monthly meal box delivery.
When I told them I only wanted to try the meals for one month they sent me an email to say they would cancel any future boxes after the first two.
I was assured that my subscription would stop.
Today I received another email from them telling me that I can expect my March delivery soon! What part of I DO NOT want any more meals do they NOT UNDERSTAND!!?

Cant get thru to anyone returns are impossible will not order from them ever again customer service is terrible!!!

Worse company and customer service I have ever dealt with in my life: Despite sending a cancellation BEFORE I received any meals they ignored me and sent me a box of meals, quickly followed by another one: Each cancellation request I made was met with one excuse after another: To add insult to injury they sent me an email this morning to let me know my March box will soon be on its way: What part of I DO NOT want any more Jane Plan meals do they NOT understand!!!?????
