I was a big Jane shopper before they went out of business because of Temu. I heard they were back and I was so happy.

Well, Im not happy. I placed an order. They charged me, yet never acknowledged the purchase. They cant find it.

There is no normal customer service number and I had to email them. They finally got back to me and said they cant find the order. Whoa. Wait.

What? They changed me for the order. This has happened several times in the past. I am going through all this with them again.

Never purchasing (or attempting) to purchase from them again. I am done.
