Hardware doesn’t fit my trailer
- - Trailer doesn't fit stock hardware; I had to buy new hardware and modify plates.

My trailer doesnt fit the stock hardware it requires longer bolts and wider hole pattern on plates . I ended up buying new hardware and modifying plates to fit my trailer .
I asked to be reimbursed for additional cost to make system work with my trailer but they refused. I will not recommend using them to friends

Really Horrible Customer Service
- - Ordered from Jamestown Distributors for a boatbuilding project.
- - Expensive shipping and delivery would take at least two weeks; poor service.
Ordered some products from Jamestown Distributors in Rhode Island for a boatbuilding project. I timed the order so that the product would be delivered before we actually needed it.
They charged a lot for shipping and failed to mention it is a MINIMUM of two weeks before they deliver. I tried to talk with customer service but they said there was nothing they could or would do. Management did not return telephone calls.
So now I am stuck with a boatbuilding class and no way to do the planned work on the project. The company is simply a bad player and should be avoided.
