i purshaced a set of workx boots made by red wing 5 years ago however kept in a closet u til a year ago so after six months of wearing them the liner was totaly pulled away from boot took to store in chester va and was told they were out of warranty only 90 days so i told them that i just started weari ng them well she said that dont matter so pissed off i left and aginnst my better judjement i went to manother red wing across town they looked at them and said i did not know how to pull on a pair of pull on boots and said my foot was not measured corrctley i said you all measured me so i knew that was smoke blowing up my ass..i bought them after asurreing me they will be fine ii returned three months later today and doing the same thing my heel would get caught in lining.they told me something new thius time said they can with a charge rep[air lining or told me to get a better pair of boots..aT MY COST so i left and will never returnn again also i will pass this on to my companys general manager and human resources dept not to allow red wing truck or any employee will get a boot allowance from red wing and we have thouynsands of employees another pissed off hard working heavey equipment service tech..red qwing boots are junk manymore i will report to our local BBB hope this helps the next person out
