Bad service
Rude owner doesn't do good work, roof was leaking afterward. They are not professional, and I would tell everyone stay clear of this company and do your research.

Let everyone know that they should not hire them
I got an estimate from them to replace my roof. They were so inappropriate.
They were cussing and playing. The owner was on the ground directing them, and he was so disrespectful.
The owners' wife even showed up and let her small child go up on the roof. It goes without saying I did not hire them.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Poor work + terrifying price
feb./march 2019 hire to repair roof on old small single story house (less than 3000 sq ft). howell failed to give Ms.
Patten a guarantee or contract when asked. The roof has vast excesses of black sealant oozing from the roofing sheets which have large and numerous irregularities (gaps). So much sealant was used that it falls in globs to the earth. Multiple points of nail penetration proliferate the self bonding sheets.
When the wind blows, roofing nails fall in the yard. The fellow seams to be nothing other than a swindler of little old ladies.
HE CHARGED Ms. Patten !17000!$ for this small sloppy job.

Preferred solution: 20 year warranty against leeks for Ms. Patten
