The contractor quoted more material than what was needed for the job. He scheduled three times but never showed up.
I even lost a day's wages to be home for his arrival. The first day, he didn't show up at 9:00 AM as he had promised. Later, he texted and asked to reschedule. The second time, which was a Friday, he didn't show up and then asked to reschedule for Sunday.
We should have said no and been done with him, but we desperately needed our roof fixed. So, we rescheduled for the third time, again for Sunday. We cancelled our plans on Sunday for his awaited arrival. However, he never showed up and did not respond to our messages.
We haven't heard from him since. Don't waste your time or money on this man.
Do your research and read the other reviews about him online. The service was simply terrible!

I got an estimate from them to replace my roof. They were so inappropriate.
They were cussing and playing. The owner was on the ground directing them, and he was so disrespectful.
The owners' wife even showed up and let her small child go up on the roof. It goes without saying I did not hire them.

feb./march 2019 hire to repair roof on old small single story house (less than 3000 sq ft). howell failed to give Ms.
Patten a guarantee or contract when asked. The roof has vast excesses of black sealant oozing from the roofing sheets which have large and numerous irregularities (gaps). So much sealant was used that it falls in globs to the earth. Multiple points of nail penetration proliferate the self bonding sheets.
When the wind blows, roofing nails fall in the yard. The fellow seams to be nothing other than a swindler of little old ladies.
HE CHARGED Ms. Patten !17000!$ for this small sloppy job.
