I purchased a 2018 dodge ram from Bobb Chrysler jeep dodge ram dealership in Cedar Lake, Indiana. When they sold me the vehicle
and the extended warranty they promised me 2 free oil changes.
The salesman shook my hand when they took my money for the truck
and said bring it in when it's ready for the oil change we will take care of you.
What they didn't do was write that down anywhere, and then they sold the dealership which is now James Chrysler jeep ram, and they won't honor the services. Called the ram helpline, and they told me I need written proof of the free oil changes as usual there were no problems with the paperwork to take my money just with their side to give something small back.
I own two Chrysler products and these will be my Last !!!!!!!!!!
Why should I be penalized for their incompetence of them not doing the right paperwork. I'm not blaming the new dealership I'm blaming ram for losing customers over an oil changes they promised.
