Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Persistence.

Jambys has not returned my refund after merchandise has been returned to them and acknowledged receipt. They claim my Refund must go through THE VIEWS PayPal account. Makes no sense since I purchased directly from Jambys and Jambys received the money.
