- - Jambojet charged me twice for same extra bag, and a refund came after I persisted and complained to my credit card supplier, taking about a week.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent them several emails about the matter.
It is typical in Kenya for businesses to immediately first dismiss your claim, to treat you as a liar....
occasionally they finally come around. Jambojet did.
Jambojet charged me twice for the same extra bag. They did try to absolve themselves initially, but, after I persisted, they agreed to refund the sum.
This was especially done when I complained the matter as " fraud" to my credit card supplier. The matter took about a week to solve.
