Jamal Auto Sales sold me a great truck
I was browsing around hoping to find a contact for jamal auto sales since I purchased a truck from them a couple of years ago and I was hoping to buy another one when i ran across these comments. The vehicle I bought was in excellent shape and was sold to me for a very fair price. I'm still driving the same truck and it runs like a champ and I'm hoping I can buy another one from them. They were really easy to deal with as there was no pressure to purchase whatsoever, I was simply given the keys to all the vehicle I wanted to check out and it was up to me to make my decision. The guys was great...I don't know how some people can be sour about purchasing a used vehicle!! If you are not mechanically inclined and don't know much about vehicles I suggest you take the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing it, instead of blaming the poor guy for every little issue you run across. After all it is a used vehicle and there will be some unsatisfied customers but that should not reflect negatively on an entire business or the person. I run my own business and I occasionally run across some unsatisfied customers myself, does that mean than I should close my doors down because I cannot please someone!! Come on

Jamal Auto Sales Sold me a bad lemon Car (Jaguar XJR)
Jamal Auto Sales Posted a 1998 Jaguar XJR on Autotrader.com and lyied to me telling me the car ran great and everything worked properly. I purchased it even when he treated me with no respect ( this is when I should have gone with my instinct and not purchased the vehicle. ) A week later It was shipped to my house and didnt even expect perfect but the vehicle had a bad engine, and was in terrible condition. To replace the engine would cost me 8000$ and now thanks to "Jamal" I am out of luck. I am telling the truth and would recommend before buying a car from "Jamals Auto Sales" Contact bcbjtennis@***.com. This is my email address and can give you prove of this story. Beware! Sold Me a Lemon Knowingly!
I bought a 1997 Jeep Cherokee from a Mr. Zaid Hijani from Jamal Auto Sales yesterday 8/30/09 at 5pm. He had this car in Mesquite, but the dealership is located on 7109 Military Pkwy in Dallas, TX. I brought my son to school this morning to have the car die on me twice in a parking lot while idle and once while driving! I went immediately to a garage to get it looked at. Two garages later, two written estimates later, it needs the transmission rebuilt or replaced, it will not pass inspection, and there is a crack in the manifold!!!!!!! When I called Mr. Zaid, he was rude and yelled at me and my husband on the phone telling me that the two garages don't know anything about vehicles because if I got the car from Mesquite to Keller there was no problem. Now I have a $1499 hunk of junk sitting in my driveway. BUYER BEWARE! HE DOESN'T LIST THE DEALERSHIP ON CRAIGSLIST IN HIS ADS! Owners name is Jamal and his cousin Zaid sells the vehicles. Don't be fooled!!!! He had a silver beetle, black volvo wagon, and a white dodge truck in his garage as well!

Unforutnately, the car STILL does not run! I cannot get it inspected because it won't pass, it's been towed from my community for a non-valid inspection sticker.....I have fixed things on it every week.
I am so irate and feel so taken by them. Not to mention they are "curb stoning" according to Texas Dept. of Motor Vehicles in Austin. They sell at other locations not under their dealer license which is Illegal!
When I presented my problem initially, I was very nice asking him to rectify the problem or help me out. He basically treated me like I was *** and told me oh well.
What could I possibly do in less than 15 hours to make the truck not run! I bought it at 530pm and it died at 9am the following morning.
My daughter bought her first car from Zaid 2 months ago. A 94 Lincoln Town Car.
We took it to a friend who is a Town Car collector and he was very impressed with the condition of the car and the fair price we paid. The car ran like dream and the the only thing it needed was new calipers, which we knew when we bought it.My daughter loved that car!!
Unfortunately she was in an accident just last week and the car was totaled. We plan to call Zaid again to see if he has any more cars in that price range.
